Delete your Yumaro account

Account deletion for the Yumaro app on Google Play · Developer / publisher: Yumaro · Package com.rindale.reverie

This page is the web way to request deletion of a Yumaro account and the user data linked to it. You do not need to be signed in to the app.

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open Yumaro.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If the account uses email and password, enter the password.

This removes the account from the device and asks our servers to delete the associated data.

On the web (no app required)

Send an email to yumaro@rindale.com with the subject Delete Yumaro account.

Include:

  • The email address on the Yumaro account, or
  • Any other detail that lets us find the account (for example the display name you used in the community).

We verify the request and delete the account and associated user data. This is normally completed within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Firebase login and profile
  • Dreams, interpretations, dream chat, and fortune readings we store
  • Dream images, coffee-cup photos, and face photos you uploaded
  • Community posts and comments
  • Notification tokens we stored for your device

What we do not delete here

  • Premium / subscriptions. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in the App Store. Deleting the Yumaro account does not cancel a store subscription by itself.
